Here’s what you should do if you want to reset your myNSFAS portal password.

Go to www.nsfas.org.za

• Click myNSFAS account
• Click ‘forgot password
• Type in your ID number
• Choose one of the following options:
  • I can’t remember my username
  • I can’t remember my password
  • I can’t remember my username and password
• Choose the relevant option
• Click ‘submit’
• Follow these steps to make changes to your National Student Financial Aid Scheme account:
• For the OTP, check your cellphone or email. This OTP is only valid for the next 24 hours.
• Type the OTP number in the provided block
• Click ‘submit’
• You will receive an email and SMS with a link to reset your login information.
• Click on the link that was received through SMS or email
• Follow the reset process
• Create a new password by following the on-screen instructions.
• Click ‘submit’
