INTRODUCTION TO VUSELELA TVET COLLEGE

Vuselela TVET College is one of three TVET colleges in the North West Province that merged in 2002. Four former technical colleges, which are now Vuselela campuses, were merged in accordance with the ideas that guided the TVET sector’s development. Jouberton, Klerksdorp, Matlosana, Potchefstroom, and Taung are the five campuses that make up Vuselela.

Matlosana Campus was once a training center for the Goldmine DRD in the Stilfontein area, rather than a technical college.
It has, however, been relocated to Plot 20 on the route from Klerksdorp to Orkney. It has been transformed into an Engineering Practical Centre, with a particular emphasis on mining-related engineering programs and learnerships. In Klerksdorp’s CBD, the College has a Corporate Centre. Except for Taung, the Corporate Centre’s position in Klerksdorp has proven to be a favorable site close to the bulk of campuses.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

• The online application period for Vuselela Tvet College’s 2023-2024 academic year begins on July 1st and concludes on September 25th.

HOW TO APPLY

• -Visit the college website to download the application form  https://vuselelacollege.co.za
• -Indicate or proof of application fee
• -Provide all the important documents such as Valid ID, certified Results or certificate
• -Provide IDs of parents and/or guardian or death certificate where applicable
• -Provide Municipal billing document/other account statements (not older than 3 months)
• -International students must provide their passport ID at where applicable

• Application starts from January each year
  Applicant are require to pay an application fee
• Applicant must have an active email account
• All applicant should be 18years and above and must provide a valid ID to prove
• Applicants should provide original or copied certified result or qualification
• Foreign applicants must have studying permit

REQUIREMENTS FOR ELIGIBILITY

• A year-end school report for Grades 9, 10, 11, or 12, as well as a Certificate for Grade 12.
• Level 1 of the National Qualification Framework (NQF).
• An approved bridging curriculum created specifically for the purpose of gaining admission to NQF Level 2 AET Level 4
