The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) was established in accordance with the National Student Financial Aid Scheme.
Students from low-income families in South Africa can receive free higher education and training through the NSFAS bursary program.
NSFAS’s mission is to provide financial aid to students from low-income and working-class families who want to attend public universities and technical colleges.
Although it is not a difficult process, we have included a start-up link below to make things even easier for you.
- Step 1: Check your 2024 NSFAS application’s progress by visiting the NSFAS website.
Use your ID and the password you chose during the application process to access your MyNSFAS account. - Step 2: Use your ID and the password you chose during the application process to access your MyNSFAS account.
Please get in touch with the Division of Student Funding at Unisa (DSF) if your application has been “Provisionally Funded.” - Due to the fact that NSFAS is in charge of the application process, all other results should be sent to NSFAS.
