ABOUT SEDCOL ONLINE APPLICATION

The online application for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate study programs at Sedibeng TVET College (SEDCOL) closes on particular dates in the year preceding the year of study for both South African and international residents.
The start date for SEDCOL online applications in 2023 has yet to be announced.

The online application’s goal is to provide early provisional registration to new intakes (students), as well as to standardize and enhance the College’s enrollment procedure.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

Online applications at Sedibeng College is expected to commence in June and finish in November 2023.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR SEDCOL ONLINE APPLICATION

Report 191 Students’ Admissions Requirements

The NATED Policy establishes minimum entry standards.
N4 will admit students who have completed Grade 12/NC (V) Level 4.
Students who have completed grades 9, 10, 11, or 12 and choose to pursue a career as an artisan will be admitted to N1 on a point system.

Occupational Program Admissions Requirements

Minimum admittance requirements based on QCTO/SETA-approved registered Skills Programs/Learnerships.
A student who has previously enrolled in NC(V) or Report 191 programs will only be considered for an Occupational Program if they have finished the NC(V) or Report 191 program in its entirety (passed all subjects).

HOW TO APPLY TO SEDCOL ONLINE APPLICATION

The online registration is conducted in five phases and takes about 10 minutes to complete (Depending on your IT skill level)

A quarter of a terabyte of data will be consumed.
(the size of the files you upload will determine how long it takes)

1st stage; After authenticating your ID, go to http://www.sedcol.co.za/OnlineRegistration NewStudent.aspx to choose your courses.
Stage 2: In jpg or png file, upload your ID and qualifications (You must have the documents available in electronic format on this device).
If you are chosen, you will be needed to bring Certified Copies to the college.
Stage 3: Gather your biographical information
Stage 4: Email, ID number, and cell phone number verification.
For authentication, the system does not use a password.
Your ID number, email address, and telephone number are used to verify your identity.
Step 5: You will receive a confirmation email containing all of the registration information.
