Port Elizabeth TVET College is a forward-thinking school with a long and storied history.
Russell Road, Bethelsdorp, and Iqhayiya Technical Colleges merged to form the Port Elizabeth College (PE College) in January 2002.
We focus on developing people today so that they can meet tomorrow’s difficulties by providing them with the necessary practical skills to realize their objectives and aspirations.

Admission Requirements
- Only learners who wrote grade 12 in 2018 and onwards can enrol to repeat any subjects offered.
- Grade 12, Statement of results, Identity Document (ID).
Minimum entry requirements:
- A year end school report for grade 9 or higher
- An NQF level 1 qualification
- An approved bridging program designed for the specific purpose to access NQF level 2
- A recognition of prior learning assessment to meet the basic requirements for access to NQF level 2
