  • A copy of the first page of your identity document must be included with this application.
  • Your application must be accompanied by a copy of your Senior Certificate, National Senior Certificate, or highest qualification.
  • Students in grade 12 are required to provide copies of their Grade 11 final results as well as their Grade 12 results from June or September.
  • The topics and symbols acquired, along with whether the subjects are on the Higher Grade or Standard Grade, must be listed in the report.
  • You must also present an original copy of your academic transcript or certified copies of any other certifications you have previously obtained if you have attended any other higher education institution.
