NSFAS management has made the Declaration Form available. Anyone can now download the Declaration Form from the internet.

The NSFAS requires agencies to give personal information such as the job status and income levels of the applicant’s parents or guardians. NSFAS is committed to protecting the privacy of persons whose personal information is supplied to NSFAS and to ensuring the confidentiality of personal information collected from third parties. Furthermore, NSFAS is committed to protecting personal information and using it lawfully. You and your parents or guardians must sign this form to give NSFAS permission to use and verify the information you provide.

Are you an NSFAS applicant who is curious about your “Outstanding Declaration Form” status for your student funding application? What that status means and how you can change it are listed below.

It’s official. Students will have easy access to our Student Centre. Our friendly consultations will only resume face to face consultations as soon as the new site is operational.

According to NSFAS, if you indicated that you have a legal guardian, you must either submit a Non-SASSA declaration form signed by a social worker or the “court-appointed legal guardianship” document.
