Do you want to apply for the NSFAS bursary but are unsure where to start? Then we can assist! The complete guide to submitting an application for NSFAS funding can be found here.

The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) is a government bursary that helps financially disadvantaged students who want to go to public universities or TVET colleges.

The most sought-after tertiary funding in South Africa covers the costs of registration, tuition, and various allowances. These allowances cover living expenses, transportation, and educational materials.

They also cover private and on-campus housing for students who live far from their preferred universities.

Before the president announced free education in December 2017, students funded by the NSFAS loan must repay the loan amount in accordance with the signed loan agreement form.

Because they are funded by the NSFAS bursary scheme, those who began funding with NSFAS in 2018 and later do not have to repay the organization.

In an effort to make it easier for potential applicants to apply, the NSFAS bursary application procedure evolves annually.

NSFAS funding can now be applied for online.
