Certification and academic records

Students will receive certificates once they have completed a program and met all of the formative and summative evaluation requirements.
Academic transcripts or documents indicating grades shall be provided only upon formal written request through e-mail to: cbmexaminations@unisa.ac.za.

Students should be aware that UNISA does not re-issue or re-print certificates in the event that they misplace them.
The qualified student is responsible for ensuring the safekeeping of such an essential document in any way that will assure its survival, which may include creating certified copies and framing.
It is critical that you provide us with your current physical or postal address, as well as your contact information, so that we can send you your qualifications.
If the address provided is inaccurate or the certificate is lost in the mail, the center will not be held liable.
