For South African students attending public universities and TVET colleges, NSFAS provides bursaries. Monthly allowances and funding for registration are covered by NSFAS.
You are covered until you complete your qualification if you are awarded NSFAS funding. However, this is contingent on whether or not you continue to meet the academic requirements. To maintain your funding, all you need to do is focus on studying and passing your modules.
