INTRODUCTION TO MALUTI TVET COLLEGE REGISTRATION

Maluti TVET College is a Technical Vocational Education and Training institution that was created under the Department of Higher Education and Training on September 1st, 2002.
A Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for the Free State Department of Education amalgamated the old Colleges of Education (Bonamelo, Sefikeng) and Technical Colleges (Itemoheleng, Bethlehem, Kwetlisong, and Lere la Tshepe) into one Maluti Technical Vocational Education and Training College (FSDoE). There are eight (8) camps to choose from at the college.

Maluti FET College has created a community where students can develop technical skills that will enable them to be self-sufficient and globally competitive. The 50 public TVET Colleges have a duty to steadily expand the number of students enrolled and taught in priority and vital skills.

FET Colleges are at the forefront of South Africa’s skills development issue in several sectors. Public TVET Colleges are specifically focused on addressing South Africa’s skills shortages by providing appropriate and responsive vocational and occupational programs.
