INTRODUCTIONS TO EKURHULENI EAST TVET COLLEGE.
The Ekurhuleni East TVET College (EEC) is located in five of Ekurhuleni’s Metropolitan Municipalities (EMM).
Springs, Daveyton, Kwa-Thema, Benoni, and Brakpan are among them.
Six college campuses, on the other hand, are located throughout the five cities.
Five campuses primarily provide NCV and Report 191 services, while the sixth serves as a specialized hub.
The campuses that provide NCV and Study 191 programs include Benoni Campus, Brakpan Campus, Daveyton Campus, Kwa-Thema Campus, and Springs Campus.
The Artisan & Skills Development Center, which is likewise located in Springs city’s industrial sector, is the only speciality center that was established in 2015.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- An original copies of the Latest Report from your previous school (Grade 9-12);
- A Certified copy of an Identity document such as (Birth certificate and Passport)
- An authorized Proof of residence;
- Parent/Guardian’s contact address;
- Registration Fee if you do not want to apply for bursary;
- In terms of the prospective Report 191 students the center would request for the following documents before students are allowed to proceed to the next registration stations:
- N1 Engineering: A certified copy of Grade 9 final report with Math’s and Science passed above 40%
- N4 Engineering: A certified copy of N3 or NSC or Matric Certificate or Level 4 with Math’s and Science passed above 40%
- An authorized copies of NCS, Matric Certificate or NCV Level 4 Certificate for all other programs
- An authorized copy of an identity document that is a Birth certificate, Passport
- An authorized Proof of residence which is three months or less old;
- Parent/Guardian’s contact details;
Students Applying for Report 191, prospective applicants are to provide the following before they will be allowed to register;
- N1 Engineering: Original copy of Grade 9 final report with Math’s and Science passed above 40%
- N4 Engineering: original copy of N3 or NSC or Matric Certificate or Level 4 with Math’s and Science passed above 40%
- Certified copies of NCS, Matric Certificate or NCV Level 4 Certificate for all other programs
- Certified copy of ID/Birth certificate and everyone in the household;
- Proof of residence which is three months or less old;
- Parent/Guardian’s contact details;
All the requirements above should then refer all prospective students and the returning students to the Program Information Help Center.
HOW TO APPLY
Below is step by step guide to Apply to Ekurhuleni East TVET College. Make sure to read everything we have written;
- Step 1. Identify the course you wish to study, career counseling is available.
Fill in the application form which is available in all our campuses and the Admin Center, or you can apply online. - Step 2. Pay a non-refundable registration fee of R100 or late application of R200, therefore ensure that you meet the minimum requirements before applying, payment details are on the application form. This doesn’t guarantee your admission.
- Step 3. Submit the form in the campus you wish to study with, together with your certified ID copy, latest school results, ID copy of parent/Guardian and proof of payment.
If applying online you can submit your documents electronically. - Step 4. Foreign candidates have the responsibility of evaluating their qualifications with SAQA before applying;
No foreign students will be accepted if this is not done. - Step 5. Once your application has been submitted, the college will inform you if you have been admitted and you will be required to write a pace test, thereafter you are expected to attend classes.
